Community Standards at Casa de Willow

At Casa de Willow, we are committed to creating a sustainable, respectful, and harmonious community that ensures the safety, comfort, and integrity of our shared spaces. To achieve this vision, all residents are expected to adhere to our ethical and behavioral guidelines.

Grounds for Unit Removal

1. Theft

Engaging in theft is a serious violation. Any resident caught stealing will be immediately removed from the premises without exception.

2. Illegal Activities

Residents involved in activities deemed illegal by the host country’s government will face immediate unit removal.

3. Nonpayment of Fees

Timely payment of Facility and Operations (FAO) fees is essential. Residents will have the chance to address payment issues before action is taken.

4. Unauthorized Rentals

Units are exclusively for expats returning home. Renting to in-country residents violates our mission and will result in expulsion.

5. Unruly or Unkind Behavior

Harassment, bullying, or other forms of unkindness disrupt the community’s harmony and are strictly prohibited. Such accusations will be investigated and if found to be true, will lead to removal.

6. Unauthorized Exterior Modifications

We are happy to work with you on mutually agreed customizations to the exterior of your home, but to maintain a cohesive aesthetic, visible exterior alterations require explicit prior agreement with Casa de Willow management. Residents are responsible for maintaining the appearance and structural integrity of their unit’s exterior. If this responsibility is neglected, the resident will receive a formal warning; non-compliance can result in the unit’s removal from the community.

Accountability and Removal Policy

To preserve the integrity of our community, violations of these standards may result in the removal of a resident’s unit from the Casa de Willow premises. In such cases, unit owners will be given sufficient time to remove their unit. If the removal is not completed within the agreed timeframe, Casa de Willow reserves the right to remove the unit offsite.
